VPorts and the SDG Innovation Network are pleased to announce that its report on “Critical elements of Advanced Air Mobility (AAM) requiring global interoperability and harmonization “ was selected as a response to the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) Unmanned Aircraft System Traffic Management (UTM) Request for Information (RFI).

 

The report was selected as one of the responses which best address one of this year’s problem statements.

 

Prof. Luis Rodrigues at Concordia University and leader of the VPorts-SDG AAM project on traffic management, contributed to the report.

 

Dr. Fethi Chebil, CEO and Founder of VPorts, will be presenting this report at the DRONE ENABLE 2023 Symposium at ICAO Headquarters in Montréal, Canada from 5 to 7 December 2023.

 

This selection is a significant achievement for VPorts and the SDG Innovation Network as It provides an opportunity to influence ICAO Standards and Recommended Practices (SARPs) and shape the most critical part of the industry: Regulation and Interoperability.
